BioFlow
The link in bio app

Know which post made the sale.
Not just how many people clicked.

BioFlow is a bio page builder with first-party tracking built in. Every visit, click, lead, booking and sale is credited to the network and the post that produced it.

Set up in about ten minutes. No code needed on your bio page.

Sample data.

The problem

You post on five networks.
You have no idea which one pays.

A plain link list shows a total click count and nothing else. No source, no lead attached, no sale tied back to the post that started it. So you keep posting everywhere and guessing.

A plain link list

  • One link, every network mixed together
  • A total click count, nothing more
  • Leads go to a form somewhere else, with no source
  • Sales happen on your site, invisible to the bio page
  • You guess which content to make more of

BioFlow

  • One short link per network, each one reports separately
  • Visit, click, lead, booking and sale, by source
  • Leads land in your CRM with the channel that brought them
  • Sales on your site are tied back to the original post
  • The dashboard tells you what to move first
What BioFlow measures

Five steps, one journey.
Every one of them by channel.

A visitor arrives through your Instagram link. BioFlow records the source before the page even shows. From there, every tap, every form, every booking and every sale stays attached to that visit.

Visit

Recorded with the channel, campaign, device and country

Click

Every button, product, booking link and WhatsApp tap

Lead

Two-field forms that land in your CRM with the source attached

Booking

Calls and sessions, confirmed through your calendar tool

Sale

Tied back to the click that started it, with its value

What you get

Everything a bio page needs.
Plus the numbers behind it.

Page builder

Link buttons, products with price and checkout, lead forms, booking links, WhatsApp, video, images, testimonials and social icons. Five themes plus your own colors. Live phone preview.

One link per channel

A short link for Instagram, another for TikTok, another for YouTube, email or a printed QR code. Each one carries its own UTM tags and reports separately.

First-party tracking

Visit, click, lead, booking and sale recorded on your own domain, with cookie consent. No IP addresses stored. Outgoing links carry a visit token so your site can report back.

Leads with a source

Every form submission becomes a lead with the channel, campaign and device that produced it. Statuses, notes, CSV export, and a webhook to send leads to your email tool.

Rules by audience

Show a block only to visitors from TikTok, only on mobile, only in one country or language, or only for one campaign. One page, the right offer for each audience.

Alerts and recommendations

Broken or expiring links, channels with traffic and no results, campaigns that worked. Plus plain suggestions like "this block produces bookings, move it to the first position".

Built for

Anyone who sends social traffic to one link.

Creators

See which video or post brings the people who actually buy, book or subscribe.

Affiliates

Credit each offer click and sale to the network and campaign that produced it.

Consultants and coaches

Know where your booked calls come from and put that booking link first.

Small businesses

One page for products, WhatsApp and bookings, with the numbers behind each one.

How it works

Three steps to your first tracked sale.

1

Build your page

Add your blocks, pick a theme, and publish at your own BioFlow address.

2

Paste one link per network

Create a channel link for each profile. Visitors keep their source from the first tap.

3

Read the dashboard

See which channel brings leads, bookings and sales, and what to move first.

Three minute tour

See it from both sides.
Your dashboard, and your visitor's screen.

Works with your tools

Sales on your site, bookings on your calendar.
All credited to the right post.

A one-line snippet on your website ties purchases back to the visit that started them. A simple API connects Stripe, Shopify, Calendly and any form tool through Zapier, Make or your own code.

Honest note on WhatsApp: it reports the click and the source, not what happens inside the chat. Sales closed there are recorded in one tap from the lead's page.

Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need my own website?

No. Your bio page lives on BioFlow. If you also have a website or a shop, the snippet lets BioFlow tie sales there back to the source. Without one, you still see visits, clicks, leads and bookings, and you can record sales by hand.

How does BioFlow know the visitor came from Instagram?

You paste a different short link in each network. When someone taps the Instagram one, BioFlow records the source before showing your page. It also reads UTM parameters and recognizes known referrers.

Is this compliant with cookie rules?

You choose. With consent on, no cookie is set until the visitor accepts; visits and clicks are still counted without identifying the person. IP addresses are never stored.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Point a domain or subdomain at your page from Settings. Your channel links keep working either way.

Can my team or clients use it?

Each workspace is one brand or client with its own page, links and numbers. Add members as admin, editor or viewer.

One link. Real numbers.

Build your page, paste one link per network, and let the dashboard tell you which post made the sale.
